Power of Forgiveness

Today I thank the Creator of All That Is.

Thank You for bestowing upon me the Strength and Compassion to forgive myself and,

Those who may have hurt me knowingly or unknowingly,

Those who may have betrayed me intentionally or unintentionally,

Those who may have abandoned me and,

Those that may have ridiculed me.

Today I thank the Creator of All That Is.

Thank You for allowing me to experience the pain in all its intensity,

So I am able to feel it profoundly and release it completely, for now and forever more.

Thank You for healing my heart, and teaching me the Power of Forgiveness.,

As only through forgiveness can we achieve Unconditional Love of All That Is.
